                        MICHAEL PELLE – President of M.A. Pelle Associates, Inc.

                        Mr. Pelle has extensive experience in Human Resources Management,
                        with an emphasis in Recruiting and Staffing at all levels
                       
Mr Pelle`s prior experience includes:

  • Former Vice President - Human Resources - Fortune 500 Company
  • Searched and hired the "Best Talent "-utilizing innovative staffing techniques, including extensive Internet and Network recruiting searches
  • Managing multi-facilities Human Resources Management functions
  • Developing alternative recruitment strategies
  • Well versed on HR Employment Law & Compliance related issues
  • Developed an expertise in Staffing, including the full Recruitment Life-Cycle Process

Mr Pelle`s accomplishments include:

  • Set up an Independent on-site recruiting operation
  • Staffed a start up Software Company with a complement of 250 people  
  • Recruiting Administrative, Banking, Manufacturing, Technology, Sales and Service talent for various organizations
  • Assisting in the development of a telemarketing function for a major publishing firm
  • Recruiting for a major regional bank, which resulted in the hiring of over 100 branch operations staff
  • Providing one-on-one counseling for senior managers in sensitivity and awareness training

  • Implemented a Pay for Performance Management Based Performance Appraisal System

                   Mr Pelle has a Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, with a major
                   in Human Resources Management. He is a Senior Adjunct Professor at one of
                   New York`s  prestigious Universities, teaching Human Resources Management
                   Courses, at the Undergraduate and Graduate levels. He is a former Board of
                   Director of the Long Island Forum for Technology and a member of the
                   “Friends for the Long Island Museum of Science and Technology”. He is a
                   member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and received  
                   the Past President Award for SHRM`s Long Island – New York Chapter
