Mr. Pelle has extensive experience in Human Resources Management,
with an emphasis in Recruiting and Staffing at all levels
Mr Pelle`s prior experience includes:
- Former Vice President - Human Resources - Fortune 500 Company
- Searched and hired the "Best Talent "-utilizing innovative staffing techniques, including extensive Internet and Network recruiting searches
- Managing multi-facilities Human Resources Management functions
- Developing alternative recruitment strategies
- Well versed on HR Employment Law & Compliance related issues

Mr Pelle has a Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, with a major
in Human Resources Management. He is a Senior Adjunct Professor at one of
New York`s prestigious Universities, teaching Human Resources Management
Courses, at the Undergraduate and Graduate levels. He is a former Board of
Director of the Long Island Forum for Technology and a member of the
“Friends for the Long Island Museum of Science and Technology”. He is a
member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and received
the Past President Award for SHRM`s Long Island – New York Chapter
